I am using Total Video Converter and I boot registry code. It's working good but while I'm try to convert a .VOB movie file to .3gp on its default setting and click to start convert every time it's give me a error message called "Error while opening codec for output stream – #0.0". How can I solve this type of problem and how to convert .VOB to .3gp file?

I’m not sure if you did it wrong or there is really something wrong with your application. But anyway, here’s how it is done. Open Total Video Converter then click on New Task then select Import files. If you want to convert the .VOB file directly from a DVD video disc, you can do it by selecting Rip Video DVD.

After selecting the .VOB file you want to convert, click 3GP Video then select 3gp video.

You can now try converting the video by clicking Convert Now. But if your first attempt failed, try clicking the Output Format button then change your decoding option to Try to decode with MS DX9 Directshow first.

If you still encounter some problems while converting, you can change some of the options by clicking Settings.

If ever none of these helps, try uninstalling Total Video Converter then install it back to fix any corrupted files in the installation and to restore its settings back to default including some that you might have customized. There are also some instances when a video can not really be converted or opened using this application. If this happens, try using other video converter tool.
