MTS MT2S converter error on Mac

Hello,

I am a user of MAC OS and using MTS MT2S converter. During converting I received an import error message. I tried it again but have the same issue. Suggest me the possible solution to fix this error.

                There are minimal information regarding this error even from the creator of the application. However these are some suggestions you might want to try, One is try to repair the software in this way it rebuilds any lost system files or corrupted files that may have caused for the application not to find the location. Second, is try to check the location of the file make sure it points to the location mentioned on the error.
