Msncon.dll IMAP error help please

At the time of initializing Outlook I receive the error which you can see at below.

 
Cannot open your default e-mail folders. An unexpected error has occurred.
IMAP was unable to load the information service msncon.dll. Be sure the service is correctly installed and configured.
Any idea to resolve this?

 Hello,
 
This issue may occur if you use an IMAP account in Outlook. To resolve this issue, please click File > Info > Account Settings > Account settings. Locate the account and click Change, then click more Settings. Find the Deleted Items and move these deleted items to the a folder on the server. Then, you will have to save those sent items to the specified folder on the server: a folder for the IMAP account.
