Msg outlook 2003 thunderbird is not working. I cannot retrieve the message from an email using my Microsoft outlook 2003 version software application. Do you have some idea or solution for this kind of problem? I am bothered and worried about this matter, I need your help.

You should try and update your outlook version. New version are available and can be downloaded from the microsoft website. The newer version will solve most of the problems and will add more features too. However if you want to continue using 2003 then visit this microsoft page to troubleshoot the problem your facing

There has been several issues regarding thunderbird and ms outlook. You might want to re-configure your thunderbird settings manually.
If you're trying to retrieve a message from a .pst from your outlook profile, unfortunately thunderbird wont be able to understand that format.Â
You need to make sure that your thunderbird and outlook versions are compatible and import by setting outlook as the default email client then Tools > Import > Mail within Thunderbird.
The process is called SimpleMAPI that you can read more about in mozillaZine.
Alternatively, you can have third party application programs like Aid4Mail to help you solve this issue.Â
