Hi,

It is very easy work to save a document in 97-2003 formatted by using MS Word 2007. You just need to know about file format of MS Word document 97-2003. Then you can do this job easily.

In MS Word document 97-2003 there are different file formats for different application program as it still has. But in MS Word 2007 it’s a little different than MS Word document 97-2003.

MS Word 2007 has .docx extension for word document and .xlsx for Excel document and many more. But in MS Word document 97-2003 there is .doc extension for Word document and .xls for Excel document.

So at the time of saving document in MS Word 2007 just use MS Word document 97-2003’s file format extension after the name of file by manually.

When you are typing some information in Microsoft Word 2007, sometimes it becomes hard when saving it and opening it in a different location with MS Office 2003 or a lesser version.

So, what you need to do, while in Office Word 2007, click on Save As to open a dialog box with variety of choices to choose from, click on the MS Word 2003 or 2000 to save into it.
