Hello Beatricegvavra!

Applications like games cannot run alone. They need the prerequisites. Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime is needed to run the Application.

Do these simple steps.

1. Go to Windows Update and Check for updates.

Winows Update Control Panel

2. After Checking for updates, download and install them.

Programs and Features download and install

You will now see the Microsoft Visual C++ installed and it should work now.
