MS Outlook plug in OUTLANDER archiving error

I am using the MS Outlook Plug-in Outlander and connected it to my CRM but when I tried archiving my emails to the CRM I encountered the error message below. Please help me fix this. Thanks.

Unhandled exception has occurred in your application. If you click Continue, the application will ignore this error and attempt to continue. If you click Quit, the application will close immediately.

Could not create or update Emails record Access Denied (40) – You do not have access.

If you do not have a LDAP key in Outlander, and Sugar, and no https address with a valid security certificate.  Then you must check the Yes, weaken network security option in Advanced Options.  You also must set the user ID and password for htaccess in the Advanced Options section.

In Windows operating system such errors occur sometimes.

Try doing it again.

This might be due to your plugin is not working properly and might have corrupted some files.

Try reinstalling it.
