My MS Office Word and Excel 2010 starter cannot open and run. It was working properly until yesterday and I hope nothing has done by me. I am using Windows 7 starter without any problem. Error message is showing that ‘This action could not completed and try again. If the problem remains, contact Microsoft Product support.’ I have tried out the repairing through the control panel and there was no change in the result. Please help me to solve this issue as it is very urgent. I will be thankful for your help to get out of this problem.

Could there be something that you remember doing that could be the possible cause to the problem? Because that will give us a better ground for which to start troubleshooting the problem and remain specific instead of generalizing everything,
I will suggest that you restore the system to a previous state before the error started occurring so as to remove any changes that you might have made to the application or the operating system that are responsible for causing the problems you are having now.
Also check if your ,ms office was a trial version since it could have reached its expiry date.
