Hello,

After the system upgrade and scan, I ended up with an error message when I try to open the Microsoft Office Outlook. To my knowledge, I did not change anything with Outlook. For the past two days, I am not able to check the mailbox. Whenever I try, I get this error message. I tried to restart the system but nothing helps. Please help. Thanks.

You have to fix this issue using Microsoft Outlook’s built-in tool “Scanpst.exe”.

This file is located on “C:Program FilesMicrosoft OfficeOffice12”. Double-click on the file, type the path of the PST file inside the file path that is giving you such error. In your case, it is “C:UsersRobertAppDataLocalMicrosoftOutlookOutlook.pst”. Check backup box, click “Repair”.

Also, go to Control Panel >> Programs >> Programs and Features. Right-click on “Microsoft Office”, select “Repair”. Follow the reparation wizard.

Your Outlook should have fixed easily.
