Hey Cullen!

This problem is a known problem. There are many users who are facing this problem (including me).

But I have managed to solve this problem and now I am working smoothly on MS Groove.

Microsoft has fixed this problem. If you are using Microsoft Office 2007 SP1, go to Microsoft website, they had made some changes to resolve issues with MS Office 2007 SP1.

I am also adding a link here, you can download it from here:

For more information I will refer you to Microsoft Website. Visit the following link.

Hope you understand.

Thanks

According to Microsoft support page, this problem with Microsoft Office Groove has been fixed in the Service Pack 1 update of Microsoft Office 2007. But since this is not the latest Service Pack for Office 2007, it would be better to just download the latest Service Pack update to have a much better support. Download and install Microsoft Office 2007 SP3.

This is the latest and very last Service Pack update for Microsoft Office 2007 suite. After upgrading Microsoft Office to Service Pack 3, run Office Groove then see if it works. If it doesn’t, uninstall Office Groove from Microsoft Office suite using “Add or Remove Programs”. Click “Start”, “Control Panel”, and then “Add or Remove Programs”. Scroll down and select Microsoft Office then click “Change”.

On the next screen, select “Add or Remove Features” and click “Continue”. Select “Not Available” from the dropdown beside “Microsoft Office Groove” and then click “Continue”. Wait until Office Groove is uninstalled then restart the computer. After booting, go to CCleaner Free Download then download and install CCleaner Free. Once installed, start CCleaner and clean your system.

After this click “Start”, “Control Panel”, and then “Add or Remove Programs”. Scroll down and select Microsoft Office then click “Change”. Select “Add or Remove Features” and click “Continue”. Click on the dropdown beside “Microsoft Office Groove” and select “Run from My Computer” then click “Continue”. Wait until it is installed back then run Office Groove. See if it works.

If you want to register CCleaner, download CCleaner Registration Codes. Use the supplied password to unpack. Open “license-keys_readme.txt” with Notepad and follow the instructions.
