My I-pod was running perfectly until now. Recently it is not running mp4 but mp3 files. So I am in some problem for a while. I want this problem finished as quickly as possible. Should someone understand this problem please help me solve it and I will be real glad.

   Mp4 is just only a container and inside of this is the coded being used. Ipod plays h.264 encoded files. The problem has something to do with the dimension of the file that was encoded. Yes, it is possible to play mp4 as long as the coded used is being supported by ipod. If u have already the file or movies in itunes click the file that you want ,then at the top of the itunes just click advance then create an ipod version. Another way is by choosing a certain mp4 format  then right click and convert it for ipod.
