I have been using mozy backup for some month now and it is pretty smooth when backing up my files until yesterday it started having error and I cant backup my files anymore, I've also click on the link but it doesn’t fix the issue.

Hello Donal,

To resolve that issue, you will need to try the following.

Kindly follow the following steps start the Mozy services:

On your computer, you will need to click on start and then click on run.
After that you will go to the run window and then type "services.msc" without quotes, and then press the enter key.
Go to the list of services and then right-click on Mozy home backup.
After that you will need to choose restart.
And then restart the computer and try a backup.

You may also need to do an upgrade of the Mozy client to the latest version.
