I am using Mozilla Firefox Version 12. But it is crashing consistently. I tried Safe Mode too, it is not working.

Mozilla opens for 10 to 15 minutes and then crashes. How can I fix the problem?

Am I needed to Install another version?

With one is safer?

First you can try running a anti-malware program, I suggest malwarebytes https://www.malwarebytes.com/. Lets make sure that it is not malware related issue, 2nd is you can try reinstalling firefox, regular reinstallation might not fix the issue because it will leave traces of firefox in the registry. I have prepare 2 link for uninstaller you can use any of them. Revo Uninstaller – https://www.revouninstaller.com/ or microsoft's https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/17588/fix-problems-that-block-programs-from-being-installed-or-removed. after running the uninstaller, try to reinstall firefox again. https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/new/

Hi,

I can help you fix the issue with Mozilla Firefox on your computer. I suggest you to perform the following steps:

>>Make sure you have the latest version of the Adobe Flash Player plug in for the Mozilla Firefox installed. An outdated version of the Flash player may lead to such issues.

>>Make sure you Firewall has rules to allow the Firefox browser. If you don’t have a rule, you’ll need to manually create a new rule to allow the application.

>>If this does not help, I suggest you to reinstall the Firefox on your computer.

This should fix the issue on your computer. Just in case if the issue does not get fixed, you can restore your computer to a previous settings and then try running the Firefox application.

Thanks and regards,

Skarbos Jay.
