Hello,

I am using Mozilla Firefox like forever but I have not faced such a problem yet. Firefox is not starting, however I can see the application opened in the task manager. I do not what to do. I have tried closing the application with task manager and restarting but it remains the same. I have also tried restarting the PC but that did not work either. Please help me providing ideas about how to solve this problem.

Dear,
I have read your problem and good news for you is that I have the best solution for your problem. You have to install your Mozilla again with the latest version.
Because the necessary files which are used to operate the browser may be deleted by you. I am sure this is not the issue more than this.
Because if a browser is working properly and suddenly it face the problem is normally due to virus attack. When virus attacks the necessary files sometime deleted by this attack. So you have to follow the suggestion I have given.
I am hoping you have got your answer.
Thanks

Hi there ,

It seems you are having a huge amount of malware attacks . I recommend (personally) using Kaspersky internet security 2012 , first download a trial version from the official Kaspersky website and the install it and then run a full system scan, it will take a while so please be patient. After the CLEANUP of viruses try restarting the PC and now open the Mozilla Firefox .

If this does not work

Uninstall the Mozilla by going to Start and then control panel and then add or remove programs (windows XP ) or programs and features (windows 7) and then uninstall Mozilla Firefox and download a fresh copy from filehippo.com and then install it.
