Hello,

I am in a problem relating Mozilla Firefox and I need it to be solved. First I like everyone to understand it very carefully. Recently I tried to update my adobe flash player application while still Mozilla Firefox on. I faced an obstacle which suggested to close the Mozilla Firefox to proceed the installation. I closed the application still it is showing the same thing.

I do not understand what to do.

How do I know Mozilla Firefox is still on while not showing on the active application bar.

Please help me solve this problem.

Hi Angelo,

I guess your problem is you can't install Adobe flash player even though you quit Mozilla Firefox.

Just follow my simple steps carefully without any mistakes to solve your problem Ok.

The problem is you closed the Mozilla Firefox application but still the Firefox process is running in the background.

Solution:-

1. Press Ctrl + ALT +del and go to task manager.

2. You can see a process called Firefox. exe

3. Right click it and press end process tree and click yes when prompted.

4. Now install your adobe flash player.

Windows Task manager

The problem is because of background running process of Mozilla Firefox in your PC.

Hope it solves your Problem and clear with my solution.

Hey Angelo!

It is necessary for Adobe Flash Player to turn off the Mozilla Firefox for the installation.

Sometimes it happens that when we close the Firefox windows, we cannot see the browser open anymore. But what happens that Firefox actually runs in the background which we cannot see.

To close the Firefox from the background you need to do the following steps:

1. Press Alt+Ctrl+Delete.

2. It will open the Windows Task Manager.

3. From Windows task Manager finds the "Firefox. exe"

4. Select Firefox. exe and click on the End Process (On the right bottom of the Windows Task Manager).

5. Now run the Adobe Flash Player.

Hope it will solve your problem.

Thanks.
