Please advice if you can give me a step-by-step procedure on how I can possibly move my 850 e-mail contacts from Outlook to my 3 different business e-mail accounts in Gmail, Yahoo and Hotmail. Can I do it by myself or it would be advisable to hire someone?
Moving e-mail addresses to Gmail/ Yahoo/ Hotmail accounts from Outlook
Here following the procedure to move or copy contact list in another account :
At first open Your Microsoft Outlook Express program
Now Log in with your account where your contact list have
After log in successfully via MS Outlook Express, select Tools option from the above menu list
Now click on Address Book, you will get a pop up window with your entire contact list, mark your entire contact list
Then select File and the click on Export, select Address Book (WAB)
Write a name for that file and then choose directory for save the file
Now select save option and then exit.
Your contact list will save a WAB format; you can import that contact list in any email account by use MS Outlook
