Move apps from Internal Storage to SD Card on Samsung Galaxy Core(i8262)?

I want to move applications from my Samsung Galaxy Core's(i8262) Internal Storage to SD Card. Applications are taking a lot of space on my device and my device is running too slow. It has become Dumb Phone from a Smart Phone. If I press any icon or home button it just hangs up and responds after almost 10 seconds. I have tried many apps to move the Applications to SD Card like "move2sd" but all in vain.
Also tried: Settings->Apps->Subway Surf->[Move to SD card option is not shown].
Please help. Frustrated with phone's speed.?

Don't worry the best solution for your problem is link2SD.
But in order to use it you have to root your phone first.
It's done in any mobile shop for a cheaper cost or you can
even get it on net. Once you rooted your phone. Install
link2SD on your mobile. After installation switch off your
mobile but switch it on by pressing VolumeUP+Home+lock
buttons. You can see a menu as that of boot menu in system.
Select Android System Recovery in the menu then clockwork
Mod recovery. In that select advanced. Now select Partition on
SDcard. You will be seeing "For ext size", you enter the size
you want in the internal memory. 1-2GB is quite suggestible.
Select ok on the swapsize menu. Finally select reboot recovery
and reboot the mobile. After the mobile is launched open Link2SD
and move the apps to SD card.
Hope it helpS you.
