Hi i am just comparing here Motorola RAZR with the best android phone SAMSUNG Galaxy S2 .

RAZR's specification:

Display type: Amoled capacitive touchscreen, 540 x 960 pixels, 4.3 inches, Corning Gorilla Glass

Memory: 16 gb internal, 1gb ram

Bluetooth version 4.0

Camera: 8mp,3264×2448 pixels,LED flash Secondary : 1.3mp

OS: Android 2.3.5 (gingerbread) upgradeable to V4

Battery:  Li-lon 1780 mAh

Galaxy s2 specification:

Display type : Amoled capacitive touchscreen, 480 x 800 pixels, corning gorilla glass

Memory: 16 gb internal, 1gb ram

Bluetooth version 3.0

Camera: 8mp,3264×2448 pixels,LED flash Secondary : 2mp

OS: Android 2.3.4 (gingerbread) upgradeable to V4

So comparing to GALAXY S2 it looks like that RAZR got powerful specification.

And its more durable than other android phones.
