Mondains Legacy says error while running setup

It seems that this is quite a problematic game client because the issue doesn’t seem to have a concrete solution. Though the game is very old but it does support Microsoft Windows XP that’s why I’m not sure why it won’t run on your computer even if it has Windows XP in it. The only thing I know that causes a program to not uninstall is if it is not fully installed or it is incomplete.

But even if this happens it can still be fixed by running the installer again to complete the entire installation. It will only overwrite the files that were first copied on the computer plus the missing files that causes it to not uninstall. When the game is completely installed, restart your computer to refresh the system. If you still want to remove the game, you can now uninstall it either via Add or Remove Programs applet in the Control Panel or using the built-in uninstaller program.

If you no longer have the installer for the game, try downloading the client from Ultima Online: Mondain’s Legacy Client. This game is no longer available in the official website that’s why you won’t find any help even if you visit the site. It supports Windows 98, Windows Millennium, Windows 2000, and Windows XP.
