Hi there,

I have created a dial-up connection on my PC using my user name and password from Vodafone. This error appeared when I tried to connect to the Internet. I followed the standard steps creating the dial-up profile. Can anyone help me please to fix this error ?

Thanks !

There are many solutions to solve the problem. Here is a simple way to fix it.

  1. Uninstall and reinstall the file drivers.
  2. Now try to connect again

If the error persists, do the following

  1. Close the connection client and remove the device.
  2. Reboot your computer
  3. Reconnect the device and open connection client again.
  4. Now try to connect, it should work now.

If error persists, perform the "selective startup." If the issue is resolved by the booting windows under the selective start up, then there would be the problem regarding software conflict beyond the scope of AT and T.
