Mobile software gives error while installing

Hi,

I purchased a Samsung chat 369 (sch-m369).There is a pc studio software cd along with to make a communication between mobile and pc. When i try to install that software i got an error:"unable to launch NPS uninstaller".

Please help me on this.

Try rebooting your computer then repeat the procedure. Or you can also try to start your computer via clean boot. Kindly refer to these article:
 
 
If the same problem still occurred, try downloading a new copy of the software via:
 
Make sure that the software is compatible with your computer and always make sure that you are running as administrator when installing. And also, after you are done with the troubleshooting, revert your computer setup by following the steps in the article mentioned above.

Exactly the same problem. I'm trying to re install the Samsung New PC Studio that I already had before but system says : " Unable to launch NPS uninstaller ".

Solutions proposed here doesn't work at all and I've seen lot of people round on Google with the same problem. Someone got the solution?
