Your mobile is Nokia 5230. Sometimes it is because of your net connection. Your net connection sometimes becomes busy. The net of your mobile is not depending on your mobile GPRS.

Mobiles are only media of your network. The net speed depends on your connection (SIM). Your connection often becomes busy. If you want a faster net, you can change your connection into a faster connection.

Changing mobile will cause the same problem. So, changing mobile is not a solution of this problem. But if you have any doubt in your mobile, you may try your connection in the other mobiles.

If result is different then you might need to repair or replace your mobile. I think you have got your answer.

Slow mobile internet connection does not really depend on your mobile phone or browser. That depends on the speed of your mobile network provider. But since it is mobile, it does not mean that your mobile network provider has the poor service when it comes to internet service.

Mobile internet depends on the signal you where receiving from, if you are in the area where we called a dead spot, you will never received any internet connection. And if you are in the area where signal is very poor like villages, off course you will received a poor internet browsing activity.

Changing mobile network provider does not solve the problem, because there are some areas that the other provider has a strong signal on the area while the other provider has a poor signal on that area. Same with other places, not all in the area that provider has a good signal.

If you still have doubts. And you have other phone that you could try to use. You may do so. Just to share my experiences on mobile. I would suggest iOS as this provides me a faster net connection than other mobile. You may also inquire with the net provider of certain aspects wherein they have a limit imposed on individual users and automatically limits the bandwidth. Some providers do this to lessen individuals' excessive use of the network. And to redirect good signal for businesses alike or to whom they intend to provide.

If the internet connection on your phone suddenly slowed down, check how you connect to the internet. If your phone connects to the internet via Wi-Fi, try restarting your Wi-Fi router. If the router has a power button, press it to turn it off then unplug it from the power for about ten to twenty seconds (10 – 20).

Press any button on the router to drain any leftover power or to power cycle. After this, plug the router back to the power and turn it on. If your phone connects to the internet via data connection, check the type of network you are using.

If your phone connects via 3G connection, it would be much faster if you can connect via 4G but this would depend on your device if it supports 4G. If your device doesn’t support 4G connection then you are limited to 3G only. Before deciding on buying a new phone, check first the availability of 4G connection in your home network.

If your network provider doesn’t provide or offer 4G connection then you need to find another network provider that offers 4G.
