Mobile keyboard for Atom Venue 11 is not working

I have an Atom Venue 11 running on Windows 8.1 and I bought a mobile keyboard to use with it. It worked perfectly at first then after resuming from a suspended mode, it stopped working all of a sudden. There is enough power on the battery and it can still be detected. Please advise what I should do.

I'm sorry to hear that you are experiencing this problem. Please follow the simple instructions listed below:

1. Disconnect keyboard from the tablet.

2. Restart tablet and reconnect the keyboard after finished.

3. Begin to use again

Or

1. Run the keyboard battery to zero.

2. Then recharge it.

3. Reconnect to tablet and begin using again.
