What mobile devices are considered to be water-resistant and can withstand humidity and moisture? Are there any available in the market aside from those with SplashGuard technology?

The iPhone 5 and Samsung Galaxy S3 that are covered with HZO could be waterproof. Meaning, waterproof mobile phones are resistant to water and can bear being on underwater for hours.

Here are a couple of waterproof phones from different cellular phone manufacturers.
 
SAMSUNG
Last 2010, my dad bought the Samsung B2100 phone because of its waterproof, shockproof and dustproof specifications. The Samsung B2100 can stay under water for one meter deep and for as long as 30 minutes.

SONY ERICSSON
The Sony Ericsson SO902WP+ is a waterproof cellular phone manufactured by Sony Ericsson. It is functional while submerged in water until one meter deep only and good for 30 minutes.
