Hi there,

I have a Samsung Galaxy S4 which won't send an MMS when I am connected to WiFi, I have tried sending without the connection and MMS sending was successful, I have a brother with Asus Nexus 7 and it sends MMS well when connected to WiFi, what could be the problem with my phone? How do I get to send MMS when connected to WiFi?

Sometimes the phone is using the cellular data and WiFi both at the same time, generally the phone switch automatically to the WiFi when you are connected to the WiFi, But due to certain issues, the phone shows both at the same time in the the status bar of your phone.

In this case Please switch off your cellular data when connected to WiFi,and then try to send MMS, it must work fine.
