Missing Email Send Button with BlackBerry Smartphone

When you are unable to send an email because the send option is not available, try to delete the service books and then resend it afterwards.

1. Select Options then Service Book or Advanced Options.
2. Click Service Book.
3. Check if the Web Client [CMIME] is listed. Click it then select Delete.
4. Look for the <email> [CMIME] service book. Click it then select Delete.
5. Click Close.

To resend the service book, follow these steps:

1. Go to your wireless service provider’s website for BlackBerry Internet Service then log in to your account.
2. Click Settings then Help.
3. Click Send Service Books.
4. Click OK.
