Hi guys! Can someone please help me on my BlackBerry Smartphone?
When trying to send an email, the Send option is always missing from the mail window.
I already tried to restore my BB but it seems that it doesn’t help at all.
Any ideas about this issue?

When you are unable to send an email because the send option is not available, try to delete the service books and then resend it afterwards.
Select Options then Service Book or Advanced Options.
Click Service Book.
Check if the Web Client [CMIME] is listed. Click it then select Delete.
Look for the <email> [CMIME] service book. Click it then select Delete.
To resend the service book, follow these steps:
Go to your wireless service provider’s website for BlackBerry Internet Service then log in to your account.
Click Settings then Help.
Click Send Service Books.
