I am receiving the error message “Inner Exception” while trying to access Outlook Web Access (OWA) after migrating from Exchange server 2003 to Exchange Server 2007. How can I resolve it?

You will need to check the user properties for the individuals that are running into that problem when using Outlook Web access as follows:

You will need to go to the ADUC, and then you will right-click the user object and then choose properties.

Next you should click on the security tab, then choose advanced.

You will need to make sure that the "Allow inheritable permissions from the parent to propagate to this object…" has been checked. In case it is not then check it.

And then you will wait for AD to replicate, and thereafter you should try logging into OWA as that user.
