I want to convert Lotus notes to Outlook. Can you please tell me the steps which need to be followed? I would also like to know about all the other new features supported by the software. It will be a great help! Thanks in advance.

The steps which need to be followed by you are as follows-
1) Firstly, you need to open the Lotus notes
2) Select the mail option
3) From the menu bar, click on the File menu
4) Then, to begin with the export procedure, click on the export option
5) After the export window opens up, there will be a number of options to export the Lotus notes format
6) The File formats such as tabular and structured text are supported by MS Outlook and can be chosen from
7) Click on continue
8) Select the export option to export the data
9) Use the Import option to Import the CSV File in Microsoft Outlook
Other features supported include-
• Migration of tasks and calendars
• Exclusion of duplicated contacts while exporting data
• Moving contacts and conversion of groups
