Microsoft Word web application problem opening document

Hello,

I try to edit a document using Microsoft Word Web App and every time I have this error. When I use Microsoft Office to open and edit docs it works just fine, so the documents are not the problem. Can anyone help me please to fix this error with Word Web App ? What could be the problem ?

As mentioned in error, you can see that it’s not your documents fault. It’s actual problem is a server problem. It’s sure that the Microsoft world web app has some problem to open your documents. I suggest you to wait for solving problem by Microsoft or use Microsoft office to complete your work.
