I am a newbie in this site. I use Microsoft Office 2010. Now I am facing some problem in using it. When I try to open .doc file using Microsoft Word I can open it and it says it’s not accessible. But I can open .docx file easily. Please help me to solve it as soon as possible.

Dude you are facing a problem that is called APPCRASH. What operating system are you using. As far as I know this problem occurs in Windows 7 early releases like RC1. You can use many but it won’t resolve this issue I think. You can do these job. First, run the cmd and write winword.exe a in it. Must use a space after winword.exe. Then press ENTER. This will continuously run Microsoft Word to remove any plug-ins.
Then search for a file named NORMAL.doc and delete all files you fond. If it does not work then you can download a new version or a fresh copy of Microsoft office and install it. Hope this will solve your problem. But if the problem continues you have install newer version of Windows 7 like v7600 and v7601. This will perfectly solve that error. Now the choice is yours. Do you want to try all solution first or want to install a newer copy of Windows 7?
