I open Microsoft word and some other programs in my computer suddenly my computer hang and this error appear Please provide me its solution.

Com Surrogate has stopped working
A problem caused the program to stop working correctly.
Windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is available.
Close Program
Try to resolve your problem by opening the “My computer” then select “properties” tap on the “advance System Settings” at the bottom, choose “Settings” and then Click the “Data Execution Protection” icon, after that tap the Turn on DEP for all programs and services except those I select” Select the “Add” tab and look through C:WindowsSystem32dllhost.exe Then click the “Open” followed by “Ok”
If the error message still occurred, some other software that you installed might have been the cause, such As Divx and Nero. If somehow you’re running a Divx, I suggest that you updated it to the newest version of it. You might have also installed Nero, update it to newest version too.
