If you are sure that your windows 7 copy is the original then you can contact you laptop manufacturer's support team for help regarding this issue. You can contact them through their website portal.
You might be asked about details regarding your device model number and serial number(located at the back of laptop) for verification purposes. They will guide you in step by step procedure to solve this problem.
If your laptop didn't come with Windows 7 OS (for example some Toshiba laptops might come with Free DOS OS only) then it is possible that the place you have purchased might have installed this pirated version of Windows OS. Contact them immediately to solve this issue.

I think you might have gotten the pirated version of Windows 7 64-bit version. Whenever a laptop or a notebook is bought from a store, it usually does not come with anything. I mean the computer is usually empty whenever a store sells them. The only time it is installed with some software is when a customer decides to buy it.
They can choose whatever operating system they want to be installed on the newly purchased laptop. The store owner do this to attract customers. But it is not guaranteed that the operating system that will be installed on the machine is the genuine version. The genuine version is much expensive that’s why they install the much cheaper version which is the pirated ones.
I think at this stage you need to buy a genuine Windows 7 installer disc so you will not encounter that message again.
