Microsoft Visual C++: Error when opening Setup.exe

Hi to everyone here! I am interested to know what is the cause of this error.

The issue is when I tried to open Setup.exe which its path is:

“C: Users|PAULAN-1|AppData|LocalTemp7zS03C5Setup.exe”

I found the following error appeared:

Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library

Runtime Error!

Program:

C:Users|PAULAN-1|AppData|LocalTemp7zS03C5Setup.exe

This application has requested the Runtime to terminate it in an

 unusual way.

Please contact the application’s support team for more information.

And although I sent this error to the developer and no one reply.

Note that: My pc ( RECOMMENDED SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS )

I don't know the reason for this problem.

Please. Help me.

Outdated Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library, Start up and virus may cause this error. Do the steps I will give you to fix the error in your computer.

  1. Update your antivirus.
  2. After the update of your antivirus, fully scan your computer (If there is a virus, remove all of it.).
  3. Download the updated Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library. LINK: http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=5555
  4. Restart your computer. After the restart is complete, try to run your Setup again.
  5. If there is an error continue the process below.
  6. Click Start, open RUN command, then type MSCONFIG, click OK.
  7. Click the Services tab, check the Hide All Microsoft Services box and then click Disable All.
  8. Click the Startup tab, click Disable All and click OK.
  9. Restart the computer.
