This message appeared after I bought a game from App Store. They took my money for the game but the game is not on my iPad. What should I do? I don’t want to try again because it supposed to pay again for the game right? How can I recover my money or download the game for which I paid? Thanks!

This problem is a built-in service which is named “Windows Update”. If this service is unable to run in the background and is set to disable on Windows, you will continuously get this strange error while download any app. Its remedy is very simple, just re-enable “Windows Update” service and see your problem will be fixed.
