Microsoft SkyDrive Pro shows error

I use Microsoft SkyDrive Pro to store my work documents and files. I wanted to Sync a library on my computer so that I can work from my Windows Explorer, but I get the error message below.

Help me on this experts.

Error – Unable to parse SOAP response. XML Error: 0x-1072896680 ‘XML document must have a top level element.

I think this could be an XML error or SkyDrive Pro Cache error. You can try the below resolutions:

  1. Check if your folders and files have any special characters. If you find any, try editing to take these out and try syncing
  2. Repair Office files by following the instructions on the Office website

If both the above steps do not work, try manually deleting the files from the SkyDrive Cache by clearing all files from C:Users%username%AppDataLocalMicrosoftOfficeSpw and C:Users%username%AppDataLocalMicrosoftOffice15.0OfficeFileCache .
