Microsoft Publisher keeps shutting down

Hi TechyV buddies!

My Microsoft Publisher 2007 is giving me a headache. I am using Microsoft publisher 2007 (12.06652) in making designs of posters, brochures, and mailers. Whenever I try to inset an image from another file, the publisher suddenly shuts down without giving any warning or error message or something like that. This only happens when I want to insert an image from another file but the rest, like clip art, have no issue at all. Another problem is when I try to save the work I have done, it also suddenly shuts down. I have tried to configure the problem by running diagnostics and checking the updates but I have found no problem and updates are recent.  I don’t know if I will uninstall it or not because I don’t have a CD of it. So I am begging for help. Can anyone help solve this problem? I would appreciate any effort in solving the problem. Thank you!
