First you have to save your PowerPoint file as a "PowerPoint slideshow" which can be done through clicking 'File' and then 'Save as'.

Then make all the slides advanced to automatic. You can do this by selecting "Slide Transition" in the "Slide Show" option.

Then you will find two boxes namely "Automatically after" and "On click".

Then only select only "Automatically after" and then fill the time gap you want between two slides.

If you want to play all the slides with same time gap just tick "Apply to all".

Then after you save the file as a PowerPoint slide show, you can double click on the icon and it will play automatically.

Hi good day,

I may have the solution for you:

Step 1: Please open the file you are working on. (Through MS PowerPoint).

Step 2: Click the slide you want to set up the timing with. Find "Custom Animation" and please select which effect you'd want to have for your presentation. On the side, you will see 2 check boxes. One is "on mouse click" and the other "automatically after" Fill up the number of seconds you'd want that particular slide to appear and do it over again for the next slides.

Please see attached file.

Hope this helped you.

Regards,

S. Kramer
