Hi,

The error is caused due to corruption of Outlook data file. You need to run scan pst multiple times until you get "No errors found" output.

To get around this problem, create a new outlook profile and save the .ost file to different location. You can then proceed with creating new account in Outlook 2010.

Hi,

This particular error message is actually from your firewall, it is blocking traffic. Please turn off your firewall first and try installing it. It will be installed and now you can turn-on your firewall. How to turn off firewall is very easy. You can search it Google as per your windows version. Generally it is in networking options. You can go to this option from the Internet icon in the notification area. I think all will be fine working after this.
