Microsoft Outlook facing unexpected error

Hi experts,

When I want to configure a new client with Microsoft Outlook this unexpected error appears and I have to make the settings again. The result is this unexpected error, again and again. Is working just fine with my other 2 account to connect and sending e-mails, but I cannot create and configure another one. Anyone knows why ? What might be the problem and how can I solve it please ?

This is a problem with the Outlook client. Follow these steps:

1. Make sure the Microsoft Dynamics CRM Unzip Service is running by clicking "Start", click "Run" and type in services.msc and then press Enter. If it's not running, start the service.

If this hasn't fixed the problem, a workaround is to zip the file you need to upload and rename it to something else (.doc or .txt) and send it to the recipient along with the instructions to rename it back to .zip upon receiving.
