I like to use Microsoft Outlook as my email client. I get a lot of emails daily. I want to archive a lot of emails daily. It is time-consuming. How can I use the Outlook disable junk mail facility to do my work?
Microsoft Outlook Disable Junk Mail By Deleting Automatically
The Microsoft Outlook 2007 has a new feature. With this feature, you can automatically delete or archive Outlook emails as soon as they are received in the inbox. Here is how you can do it.
- Every email has some aging period in Outlook. You can set the aging period accordingly after which the emails can be archived. This feature is called AutoDelete.
- You need to change the AutoDelete settings.
- Go to the AutoDelete dialogue box in Outlook. You can set the aging periods for the fields given below.
- Drafts, Inbox, Sent Items, Trash, Calendar, Outbox, and Contacts.
After their aging time, the emails will be deleted from corresponding folders automatically.
