Hi

In Microsoft Outlook 2007,its very easy to make a rule and change it accordingly. If you want to create a new rule just follow the steps
In the file menu, click Tools,Then go to the Rules and Alerts. In that you are having a lot of option to do.To make a new rule, change a available rule,You could give priorities to mail which include certain name, words etc.
Also you will be having a options bar from where you could import or export certain rules.Hence, could easily do you any needed operation included in the listing it and also import from outside too. Moreover you could run them on time and view the results.

In Microsoft Office Outlook, you can apply different rules but there is no such thing as the “NOT” rule. If you want to create a “NOT” rule, you can set it up as exceptions. This may require you to think differently about the rule or basically the opposite. In the “Rules Wizard”, you can only set the exceptions after setting up the conditions and actions.

In the action section, you can add additional action to assign it to a particular category as well or any additional action which you want to apply.
