All of a sudden I am getting this error message when I start the Microsoft office. Last week I installed the Microsoft Office from the authorized official website. It went pretty well and good without any issues, but now I get this error message. Please help me to rectify this error message. Do I need to contact MS support team? Please help.
Project server encountered a problem with this error code: 9000
Please contact your server administrator.

This problem is because of an IE login session to Project Web Access expire and so project client is forced to re-login, Actually re-login is only supported in Project Professional 2010, not 2007 client running backwards compatibility mode.
This only works on Project Servers or SharePoint settled up to use Claims authentication or when Project Professional 2007 is utilizing Forms authentication to logon to PWA.
The best solution to work around this issue is not to use connect or disconnect and work offline options in Project Professionals because this doesn’t re-login you again.
Moreover, sidestep opening PWA in a separate IE window as it doesn’t logout accidently.
