Before installing office 2013, uninstall the previous office versions running on your computer or the previous unsuccessful installed office 2013. Though the office 2013 version automatically replace the previous edition but such an error make or pop during installation so it is recommended that to uninstall the previous edition completely before you install office 13.

Another most important thing is that you are running the latest updates related to all the programs and devices on your computer if not update First.
