Hi, Everyone!

I am trying to send emails with Microsoft Office Outlook, but my email will not send.

Whenever I try to send my emails, I get an error message that reads as follows:

Error:

Microsoft Office Outlook

The operation failed. An object could not be found.

I have tried a number of things to resolve this issue.  Nothing I do seems to work.  Does anyone have any ideas as to what I can do to fix this? Thanks in advance for any suggestions!

Hello Cathy,

When a new account is created in outlook, by default its personal folder and .pst file is created against that user. But in exchange server you have to add it manually. If it is already created account you have to rebuild it in exchange server. In Exchange management console expand Recipients go to Offline addresses and select Default offline address list. Right click and click rebuild. It is better to create the new profile from Control Panel. Open “Mail” then click “Show Profiles” and “Add” profile. Type name for the new profile, and click OK. Open E-mail Accounts dialog box, Add a new e-mail account in the e-mail options, click Next. Enter type of server your e-mail account works with, click Next. Fill all required fields till completion of wizard and then Finish.

Now you will not get the error.
