I have installed Microsoft Office 2016 but an error occurred during the installation process. The internet connection is working fine and have enough space to keep this program. I need your suggestions to fix this problem. Your help would be appreciated.

If you are getting this error when you are installing Microsoft Office 2016, please review your computer’s specifications to verify if it is compatible with this version of Microsoft Office suite. If you are installing Microsoft Office 2016, it requires 32-bit or 64-bit 1 GHz or faster processor, 2 GB RAM, 3 GB free hard drive space, 1280 x 800 screen resolution, and Microsoft DirectX 10-compatible graphics adapter with hardware acceleration.
It supports Windows 7 Service Pack 1, Windows 8, Windows 8.1, and Windows 10. For servers, it supports Windows Server 2008 R2, Windows Server 2012, Windows Server 2012 R2, and Windows 10 Server. Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5 is also required so make sure it is already installed prior to installing Microsoft Office 2016. Internet connection is only required for its internet functionality like when activating the product.
It may also require you to have a Microsoft account. There are two ways how you can install Microsoft Office 2016, either online or offline. Since you are receiving this error during the installation, you are probably installing it using the online installer. If you select this, a slow internet connection is not an option.
You need to have a stable connection to successfully install Microsoft Office 2016 using the online installer. Any problem with the connection can result to restarting of the installation. If you have a slow internet connection, you might spend the entire day trying to finish the installation or worse, you might end up with a failed installation.
The solution for a slow internet connection is to download their offline installer. To download the standalone installer, go to Use the Office 2016 Offline Installer and select your download.
