To backup and open the Office 365 email on your PC, make sure that Microsoft Outlook is already installed in your system. Now, to make the backup, select the backup option in the cloud with the Office 365. It will create a pst file for the email in the cloud which you can download and use as a backup and view your emails using Outlook 2016 on your desktop.
