Microsoft Groove popping up every time i start my computer…

Hi,

To stop Groove from popping up, do the following:

1. Click Start.
2. Click Run.
3. Type msconfig.
4. Click on Start Up.
5. Uncheck all related Groove items.
6. When done, click apply.

This should solve your problem. If not, we have to work on Groove itself. You have to do the following:

1. Recheck in msconfig, doing the above steps again, to make sure it is unchecked.
2. When done, make sure Groove is not running by exiting Groove.
3. Click Start.
4. Click Programs.
5. Click Startup.
6. Delete any and all entries for Groove by right click on the entry and click delete.

If you would like to delete the Groove Folder, do the following in Windows Explorer.

1. Open Windows Explorer.
2. Navigate to Program Files.
3. Navigate Microsoft Office.
4. Navigate Office 12.
5. Locate Groove Folder and Delete.
