Hello TechyV buddies!

I am having some problem with my MS Frontpage. I used to update my website using MS Frontpage 2000. It is a bit old now but I was used it so I am still using right now. I never encountered an error before using this Frontpage 2000 but now every time I update my website I always encounter an error that tells about:

"The current operation could not be completed because an unexpected error has occurred" I don’t know what could have caused this. And it also tells something like a file that I used look into my drive C but I cannot find it. When I try to close the error window another error message pops out. “server error cannot open”

And this error adds a .conf at the end of the web address that I did not type in. can anyone help solve this issue? I will really appreciate the effort in helping. Thank you!

If your Microsoft Office FrontPage works perfectly fine before and this is the very first time that this happened try restarting your computer then try it again. See if it works after booting the system.

You should also check again your computer’s hardware or operating system specifications if it’s still supported by the program. There is the possibility that you did an upgrade on your system that may already not be supported by the software.

Microsoft Office FrontPage 2000 supports Windows 95, Windows NT Workstation 4.0 Service Pack 3, and Windows NT Server 4.0 Service Pack 3.

Take note that Microsoft Office FrontPage 2000 will not work on Windows NT 3.51. To read the rest of the technical specifications of the product, you may visit Microsoft — FP2000: System Requirements for FrontPage 2000.
