Hi,
My anti-virus (Microsoft Security Essentials) says I should update, but when I try it gives me this Error Code: 0x80004002.Previously my pc was affected by some malware which prevented the update of malware bytes.. but now it's working good.
Please help...

These issues are quite common in these days. The Microsoft security essentials has few problems during its upgrading. You can resolve these by referring to the following link. It has the detail description on how to resolve it. This requires to do editing in the registry. So better you can use the Fixit which is available in the following the link which is at the bottom of this post. It would be easy if you do by downloading the fixit tool rather doing it by yourself as it has lot of complexities which will take time to understand and to fix it manually. So it is advisable to download the tool and fix your problem.
