Need help with Microsoft Dynamics CRM, this happens when I tried to launch the report using report server, when I look at it, the message box appeared. I run Uninstaller and reinstall everything, but the problem still occurs. Anyone can help with this problem?

Microsoft Dynamic CRM – Webpage Dialog

Reports cannot be run because the connector for Microsoft SQL server reporting services, a required component for reporting, is not installed on the server that is running Microsoft SQL Server Reporting Services

Hi,

From the error message it can be seen that the connector for Microsoft SQL server reporting services is not installed. This is an important component without which you cannot perform the operation. In order to solve this problem you have to download the original version of dynamics CRM. Do not install copies that are not genuine as it affects the performance. Follow the steps below:

1. Download the original copy of dynamics crm from the official website of Microsoft.

2. Make sure you check the compatibility of the software with your system.

3. Install dynamics CRM on your computer. Select full installation and not custom installation. If you select custom installation then all the components may not be installed on your computer.

4. After full installation restart your computer.

5. Now run the program with administrator rights.

This should solve your problem.

Basically it’s a customer relationship management software package which is developed by Microsoft. When CRM recurring problem like ‘component not installed’ you may try this-

1) Put the ‘/’ at the end of the url

2) Turn off firewalls.

3) Add Url mappings in SharePoint

4) Set browsing file ‘Permissive’ at web application level in SharePoint

Hope, this process might help you.
